we want to be able to pick what game mode we can play, we don’t want to be forced to play a game mode like push, please allow us to pick for the love of god

…while I would like to see this I also understand it may impact queue times and cause us to burn-out sooner by binging on the same 2-3 maps rather than enjoying a selection of maps each session.
That said I’d like to see an experiment done and see if people enjoy it (King’s Row Saturday anyone?)

it is literally the same issue as 2cp, it is either 2 teamfights and the game is over, or 15 team fights just for it to stay in the centre.

If you’re talking about for Arcade, then sure. But if you’re talking about QP, then players are just going to choose game modes/maps that they’re strongest on for easier wins.
For Ranked though, absolutely not.
Better than TDM too……oh wait

A 5 second map or game type vote at the beginning of the game like they do in some other games might alleviate a lot of complaints. Not a perfect avoid method, but less popular modes would get less play. People would be upset that they couldn’t play exactly what they want, but they don’t get that now anyways.

2cp was ok but push is taking less time to Play than 1cp and payload games.
So Heres one plus
Yeah it’s shorter, but damn, 10 minutes of constant running across the same map feels more boring to me than having multiple fights on different parts of it
That’s why I prefer Koths and Payloads, because the environment changes all the time

You have customs for that.
Overwatch is built like an objective based shooter, so the point is to force you to adapt to whatever map you have to play.

That’s how it is on live. I’m tired of the new maps every game. I want to see more of the old ones I’m familiar with. But more commonly I’m in a new map and probably push. I don’t like push. I’m even happy to get Lijang tower (a map I hate) at this point.
I think it could also be that I don’t really like any of the maps aside from Paraiso.

Join the club of people who hate rush, just leave before the game starts.
I like Push. But I liked it better when I thought that after being captured, the bot always moved on its own without you needing to be near it.
