Guys I know a lot of you here are complaining about new changes or reworks but all I see is the developers doing all they could to make the game feel better for everyone. Sure, there will always be people who dont like any adjustment of any hero because we all have different “hero mains” and when they touch your main its bad and game is suddenly “dying”. They are going to rebuild Rein and maybe give him some little changes. Im not mad, Im curious what it will be. Maybe he will dramatically change, who knows, but im just looking forward to it. They are gonna rework Torb also and im looking forward to it also although Torb is my second most picked hero. I hope im not the only one who takes it this way and I dont really understand where all this hate and toxicity come from. I can almost feel the pressure on developers if everyone is complaining about everything. I went through a lot of discussions now and i feel really bad because all of them were about hating something. I just wanted to tell you guys try to be positive and this community will rise from the bottom. And try to keep in mind that this game is MADE FOR US! I hope they are listening and trying really hard to make this game better for everyone. Most people don’t hate for no reason. Blizzard did SOMETHING to deserve this. And that’d be inappropriate balancing, poorly made decisions and

Bastion has been down in F tier for 2 years and there’s not a single post from the devs about him. He needs a lot of attention
Maybe they think that his big rework was enough and that he is just balanced now. He is just not fun to play maybe 
It also took them a year and some change to fix a bug that was practically a feature of that character.
And Mercy, D.Va multiple times, etc.
I’m gonna contest that they’re not thinking at all really… Bastion is perhaps one of the better example of this: When the rework was first introduced, they accounted for how Tank mode got increased defenses. When they nerfed it, they nerfed Tank Mode by not accounting for it a second time…making it more ineffective than previously.
people dont know themselves what they want… devs are between hammer and anvil because whatever they will do it always ends up in dung storm on forums
i dont blame them that they dont read such threads… because it would suck the life from them… it could kill all their enthusiasm for their own game
I think they are listening but its not always easy to balance or rework something correctly. Like symm. They didnt fell she is balanced or in the right spot so they reworked her again. Maybe they will realize they did something wrong again and they change something again. I dont know maybe im too naive but i still have faith in them and i will not lost it that easily 
Sym is about the only fair argument we have on that front…Someone like Mercy had more outlets to explore before completely reworking her. Sombra had lightning in a bottle with her buffs like a month or two ago and they COMPLETELY destroyed it.
Maybe they will keep trying and trying and adusting till its good. I think they are all focusing on one hero at a time to make it as fast as they can so they can focus on another hero and some heroes have different priorities. And if community hate the rework right after it i dont think they will put a buff or nerf to that hero in day or two. They need to make some tests. Just my thoughts i dont know this but it sounds quite logical to me

The only thing I hate is the direction that this game is going, sure I was a Mercy main, and should hate Hog, Genji, Hanzo, etc, but even their changes where inconclusive or misdirected.
Mercy, D.Va, Pig, Sym… Hell, even Genji and Hanzo… Can’t agree with this statement at all, for that I’m trully sorry.
You have a few points, but after being active in the forums for so long and after leaving the game until the course is changed, I can’t really be optimistic as you are.

See my issue is that they say that…then proceed to not do that. With anyone…Once a change is on the PTR, IT’S JUST THERE MAN! “Uh…maybe Bastion is a bit too OP Blizz.” “Ok community. We understand.” HURLS IT TO LIVE ANYWAY WITH NO ITERATIONS!

They haven’t even necessarily hit the right target…
I dont know why but i dont feel mercy is THAT bad. I know Im not a Mercy main but big rez in the beggining was bit annoying. It made all your ults useless when after use, mercy came and ressurected everyone. And thats what im talking about. Not everyone will be happy with those changes but mercy is still one of the most picked supports so the rework is not that big mistake maybe
