Thank you blizzard for resolving dps queue but

I’m a main tank as you can see on my profile, i like play all tanks, it’s my favourite role in the game, but seriously you solved the dps queue time and you made tanks even worse a never seen before 10-20m queue, i really hope this is not a permanent state for this role, otherwise imma just think stop playing your game if i have +10min each game…

Its not like tank gameplay is so very much better… Supp is just so boring so people dont want to play it.

We can only hope that this paradigm is temporary and once the game goes live it’ll settle into a different pattern. Elsewise, the FTP model gives Blizzard a powerful new tool, which can be used to artificially stabilize the queues:

There’s a lot of new tank content so a lot of people want to try out the new stuff + no one wants to play supports so they are bottlenecking the queue times really hard. That’s why the queue times are so long

They are suggesting that blizzard pay you in premium currency for going flex.

Being honest having a hard time enjoying Tank in the beta. Feels like it’s not worth playing this role anymore.

Current OW1 tanks are a joke. You see that in the queue times.

Did they solve dps queue times? Seeing dps queue times almost as long as tank ones in the beta. So we’ve traded on role with long queue times for two roles with long queue times.

The times will get a little better when things go live and we have a bigger population, but the key issue hasn’t been addressed.

Still prefer Overwatch 1 tanking over the current beta tanking. If it doesn’t feel good than will never play Tank. :woman_shrugging:

Guess they have fun until reality catches them. Have fun with being discord anti etc. because it’s pure boring. If they actually address issues Tanking wouldn’t be bad.

They did for me, i get in dps faster than tank… and 2 min queue time max, that’s a lot of improvement for dps, before was 10m waiting…
