Text showing queue length disappears

After reaching the end of the queue the text showing queue length disappears and the game doesn’t load up. On Xbox series x

Having the same issue. Reinstalled. Didnt work. Dont know what to do

I don’t see a lot of people having this issue… How do we get Blizzard to see this?
Nothing about this in the known bugs section also.

Yeah doesnt seem too common, but I hope this gets fixed asap. Im just tryna play :confused:

Have you by any change link 2 different accounts on the console? Looks like unlinking and then linking a new one activates the bug.

Yea thats what happened to me, the phone linking may also be the issue who knows. Just hoping after maintenance its fixed

Has anyone tried connecting back to the orginal account you were signed into? Before you swapped bnet accounts i mean.

i tried that, deleting and redownloading many time and tried the ps4 and ps5 version and nothing changes, i don’t even get error messages anymore just the disappearing text

I tried to do it on a brand new battle.net account on a new xbox account and it still did the same thing. Starting to think its not because i originally switched accounts

hi, i have tryed everything but i still have this problem on ps4 and ps5 version! the queue text disappear, i think this is a uncommon bug, i hope they fix this problem soon…i want play OW2 in the week-end

I am not sure Blizzard noticed this issue yet. I don’t think we will get a fix for the weekend :slight_smile:

I have the same problem, i tried pretty much everything and i do feel like the problem is not that common so i fear it will not be fixed for a while… Hope i’m wrong tho

If you know how to make Blizz aware please do it lol. I don’t know what else w can do.

I wish, i tried to send a ticket but nothing in the customer support is for console problem (or i’m too dumb to find idk)

You can send stuff if you have pc or mobile problems but nothing for console.

I know the teams working on the game are probably doing whatever they can but it’s just disheartening at this point =/

PC have similar problem, credentials request go in loop and the game never connect, this is crazy… i have console and PC and i can’t play for this issue :unamused:
