Testing skewed game scores

I just looked at my game history, and out of my last 50 games, only 3 were close matches like 3-2 or 2-1. So, 47 out of 50 weren’t even close. Out of those 47, 8 were 1-0 maps like escort maps. The remaining 39 were all 3-0, 2-0, or the reverse.

Sure, sometimes you can have a close match and still get a 3-0, but that’s pretty rare. It just shows the kind of balance meta we’re in, where tanks and counter-swapping decide the game.

Does anyone else have a game history this skewed? What do your games look like? Im afraid the matchmaker is more interested in bring us closer to 50 winning % than it is competitive games.

Been like this for awhile. You are just noticing this now?

i guess this is saying that competitive games are more balanced? quick play games are horrid?

16 comp games I had 4 even matches 12 blowouts but 2 were leavers

yeah, what can you do…we play the game were given. no amount of complaining is going to fix anything so…i just say play it or leave it, sadly

Doesn’t 3-0 on a QP game just mean that the attackers won? I don’t think there’s a way for defense to score points. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t close.

i see what you are saying, in QP, you either get defense or attack and the whoever wins gets a 3 the other team gets a 0…

so, i dont know…it’s all confusing to me…most of my games in quick play are pretty lopsided so…maybe im wrong about it all… lol

Yes in unranked payload maps are always 0 to something as its just one round. the mode is essentially broken in unranked.

(here’s to hoping one day qp gets the comp ruleset in some form)

Match making in quick play is broken asf. I would assume this is to include the console players.

I just play comp and then maybe quick play. I am more hesitant to play qp.
