Teleporter Deployment adjustment: Remove exit portal's deploy time

I think this would solve some “can’t throw a tele into Grav to save my team” issues, but not introduce many “instant teleportation” situations.

The Teleporter should also have a wide platform built around it to prevent Lucio and heroes with large hitboxes from immediately sliding off of whatever ledge they just teleported onto. Ledge teles are an engine limitation anyways.

It’s as much the deployment time as it is the interaction radius and point of deployment.

When in a Grav, some teammates are suspended high enough to be out of reach of the tp and other times it deploys a bit further from Symmetra’s position, that she can’t use it.

Only had the Roadhog suicide happen when I managed to get the TP on the rail after some fidgeting. Hopefully new bug fix will prevent that.
