Technical support directed me here. Top 500 not showing

I was directed here through the technical support chat as they could not find an issue and said I should be showing in the top 500 for open queue already.

Looking at the leaderboard and clicking friends only shows I’ve played 73 games. I have an SR of 3604, which is well above the range needed. I have my email, phone number and battle.net authenticator connected with green checkmarks. With all of that, I’m still now showing.

Just hoping to get this solved, thank you very much!

I have the same problem. I played 55 matches, but I didn’t get into the top 500, although there should be an (open rating game) rating of more than 3200. Please answer how they will answer you and help solve this problem
