My friends and I were playing Overwatch and searching for a game. When we found a match, the loading screen took an unusually long time. At first, I thought it was an issue on my end, but my friends experienced the same problem. It took nearly a full minute to load us into the game.
When we finally entered the Blizzard World map, the ping was also over 1000ms, the game continued to load indefinitely. My friends faced the same issue, so we realized it was a problem with the game itself. Once we were able to proceed, the character selection screen did not appear, and the in-game camera was stuck in Spectator mode. Both our team and the enemy team were confused, as they were also experiencing the same problem and were discussing it in the chat.
Eventually, the game kicked all of us out, and we received bans despite the issue being caused by the game. I have evidence of what happened and would appreciate your support in resolving this issue.

The moment I got disconnected due to the broken Saudi servers, I noticed a notification saying that my Endorsement level was reduced from 4 to 3. It happened just because the servers were down and disconnected me, which is really unfair.
This definitely sounds like a serve-side issue. If you’re reporting it to Blizzard, mentioning that multiple players experienced it might help. Let me know if you need any changes
