During a competitive match that I played with a friend, we encountered an issue that affected our entire team. All members of our team during the match admitted to being unable to join the team chat and thus our communication was exacerbated significantly.

I can confirm as I was in his duo. None of us on our team were able to join team chat. One even left after the first round to see if it fixed the issue, but at last it didn’t do so.
