This is gonna be controversial, I know for sure, but tanks get melted down so easily. No wonder why there aren’t enough tank players in this game. Playing tank feels just like constantly dying unless you’re playing ball/hog or have very good heals. Even with good heals, tanks get melted down in seconds by zen/cree and all the CC.
When that happens it just doesn’t feel fun at all. I’m wondering if it’s gonna be the same bs for OW2 with only 1 tank or even worse. The damage output some heroes have in this game is just too much, and if the tank can’t survive, what’s the point of playing tank anyways when you can just queue for the other roles and have more fun.
In OW2 you’re just gonna get melted in seconds and also constantly flamed by your team. Just give tanks some love and make them tankier.
I mean I exaggerated the topic but I think people know what I’m talking about. Also I don’t constantly die you can check my stats, I’m just saying that when that happens it feels like you honestly couldn’t have done anything to avoid it and it’s infuriating, therefore raises questions to how would this be fixed in OW2
Good positioning on roadhog isn’t to hide. It’s to pose a threat to people in that they can die if they get hooked. Hiding does not achieve that at all.
No one said hide. I said take cover. As in, duck so you don’t get lit up, then go back out. Like, players that say they just get melted on tank aren’t GOOD at tank. They turboint, then die, then hate the role.
Robbie, let’s be real, you know 99% of Doom mains would love a 50% damage reduction buff. Who are we kidding? Does that mean I believe most Doom are playing poorly. Um…
Hide and take cover aren’t the same thing at all. And the TTK in OW is fine imo. If you mess up your positioning, you die quickly, and then you learn how to fix your positioning. Like, I play tank, and I rarely get melted, because I don’t int my brains out.
