How are we feeling about the health changes? Because I really don’t like it. Specifically Roadhog. His value was already taken away and with the lower health, he’s just a throwpick. Many other tanks are also not good choices. Open Queue was already nicknamed Dpswatch and now it’s more of an issue.
They should have just left Tanks alone or did it by the more tanks you have, the more health they lose instead of this lazy nerf “one size fits all” thing. Would be nice if they address this in season 4

I think it’s working out just fine.
I think it’s a bad solution for the problem.
Plus it makes widow even stronger in those modes lol.

It feels strange that some tanks can be oneshot by Hanzo & Widow. I don’t think lowering their health in non-role queue modes was a bad idea, but I wish it was done in a way that was suggested before on the forums, where the more tanks your team picks, the less health they have.

I think it’s great, now open Queue isn’t just 3 tanks and 2 supports. Issue is with the roadhog changes and heroes like ram and junker queen not being balanced in OW1 tank style means that they suck in this mode, whereas heroes like rein and sigma do about as well as they did before OW2.
The changes are ‘fine’ unless you enjoy playing tanks like Junker Queen or Doomfist. They’re basically troll picks in Open Queue and Arcade.
The moment a tank can get one tapped by Widow is no longer a tank.
I wouldn’t touch Open Queue with a 10ft pole.

This, best idea of the week. I don’t often play open queue but the number of 3 tanks to counter one good tank was absolutely ridiculous. Now tanks have less HP, they die faster and you have 5 DPS in the team, so worst than before IMO. But is this a non-sense ? I mean, this is the purpose of open queue, choose the hero you want to play no matter the role. Maybe it’s a method to bring players from open queue to role queue ?
Now you just suicide until you get Moira and Brigitte since spawning as a tank is pretty much useless
I don’t play ORQ, but the fact that they just did a flat numbers reduction is so weird.
