Zarya: Reduce her max damage when at full charge, her max charge damage is dumb. In a comp that sustains her and allows her to keep high charge its a bit much. This also slows grav down.
In exchange as she gets higher charge she gets cdr on her barriers.
Dva: Divas ability to dive and secure kills is a bit much with how fast she can down a target. I would add knock back to micro missiles to make it harder to secure full damage while increasing her ability to peal for teammates.
I don’t think this would make goats unplayable but I think it would allow for more comps to compete with it.
Orisa: Put fortify on a resource meter with like 4 seconds between each activation. This change just makes it harder to exploit fortify being down.
Not sure if this will fix everything but hey it worked for Dva.
I kinda like these changes, especially the zarya one. I would like to see her move towards an actual damage blocking tank instead of a high health DPS.
The Dva one is nice too as she can really burst people down, the knock back shouldnt affect it too much, but there will be more tracking involved than flying into someones face and shooting the missiles lol
As for Orisa I would really like to see fortify cancel the slow effect she gets while shooting, and have fortify work as a body block so she can use that to block things like rein shatter and Dva bomb (much like mei’s ice block or a zarya bubble)
As for Dva a little self damage doesn’t mean much when you secure the kill and get healed up.
As for Zarya, It would keep her overall damage about the same, she would be harder to move, but her burst damage would suffer I think in all its a fair change.
