Actually, the only real problem is you can’t punish him in turret mode. No stuns knock him out of it like in OW1, and Sombra can’t hack him out of it.
Combined with damage reduction in that mode, especially with armour, and he can tank an insane amount of damage, while eating all the CC that most tanks can’t.
Yes, it’s not permanent, but the CD isn’t actually that long for how OP it currently is.
Either it needs a longer CD, or we need to be able to punish him again while it’s up.

tbh just make it cancel by getting hacked and reduce its cooldown from 12 to 10s. that or just reduce the cooldown to 10s and reduce the damage from 12 to like 10 or something, maybe 9
