Talon have richest omnic in the world with big associates, man that owns gravity, Doomfist, world greatest hacker (she is playing her game but they have most of info from her), vishkar, immortal man, brilliant geneticist, world greatest sniper… And others that we don’t know yet.
While Overwatch have girl that reverse time but get wrecked by every Talon member (Widowmaker, Doomfist), monkey, old crusader and girl with ice blaster

Talon lacks loyalty and professionalism. Sombra was disloyal from the start. Reyes’ obsession with taunting his former comrades before killing them has caused him to fail both missions that bring him into contact with Winston, who statistically speaking, has no match with him. Lacroix’s brainwashing is beginning to fade. Moira is only using the organization for her research funds, as is Maximilien using it as his own money printer. Sigma is being manipulated and may turn against them eventually. Even Mauga can be too merciful at times to finish the job. Talon’s biggest threat lies in the individuality present in its highest ranks.

In the council, Talon have less member than Overwatch, in the army and normal soldiers, they are wayyy past Overwatch. Overwatch have less normal soldiers BUT MANY SPECIAL AND ELITE TRAINED SOLDIERS (Including Tracer, Mccree, Genji, etc)
Talon seemed to have cared ALOT about their army of common soldiers (Trooper, Enforcer) and Elite Forces (Sniper, Assassin andd Heavy Assault), yet they are only the first line of defense. Talon also seemed to have less SPECIAL but MODERN and MORE ENERGETIC SPECIAL SOLDIERS. Sombra and Widowmaker are seemed to be super ENERGETIC and strong since they are very young, but their skill is not as perfection like Overwatch Soldiers did, especially perfected it like OLD SOLDIERS.
Reaper knows Overwatch from the bottom of his rotten heart, he knows everything about Overwatch, he WAS PART OF IT. He knows every single member of Overwatch and how to defeat them, especially Blackwatch members (Moira, Mccree and Genji) and his old friends (Ana, Reinhardt, Torbjorn, Soldier 76)
Doomfist and Moira are the HIVE MIND of the council, they are VERY strategic, they plan every single move in thier plans and requires it to be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Moira would do ANYTHING to make the council stronger, even if that means turning them into monsters, she will give them anything in order for them to be SUPER STRONG. She doesnt think like Mercy, she doesnt care about the limits, SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CONSSEQUENSES HER EXPERIMENTS COULD BRING, she doesnt care who she will have to turn into a monster, she will do ANYTHING to complete her rescreach.
Doomfist is rather calm but strong, he will destroy ANYTHING AND ANYONE who gets in his way to fulfill his dream, to complete any mission, even if that means he destroy half the entire human population, he would even WATCH THE WORLD BURN to complete his destiny.
Talon could overpower Overwatch, but Ow have many soldiers that are trained for YEARS and have perfected their skill to the TOP, especially old soldiers like Soldier 76, Ana, Reinhardt, etc and very young and energetic heroes like Tracer, Genji, Mccree, etc.
So if the 2 fight, one will stand still and conttinue its legacy, the other will PERISH.

Win what? This isn’t WoW, this isn’t a war of Overwatch vs. Talon and they’re not the only two factions.
Not to mention that barely anyone in Talon even cares for Doomfist’s apparent goal of starting an Omnic War. Widowmaker is brainwashed and it’s wearing off (I guess?), Moira is there cause they give her money, Sombra does her own thing and throws their missions on the regular and god knows what is Reaper’s deal.
Now we have Sigma, who is there because he’s so traumatized he has no idea what’s going on.
At least with whatever Winston has going, all members are on the same page - keep the world safe.
The disrespect by not naming Doomfist as a rich and powerful billionaire in his own right, and simply saying ‘doomfist’.

It’s not confirmed anywhere, we don’t know who is the Omnic Doomfist was talking to. We didn’t see any talon soldiers that are omnic, only humans soldiers (for now)
I don’t know who will win, but Talon has more IQ. Even if they have less people, they have more IQ lol. Moira, Sombra, Sigma, I’d say even Reaper and WM are smarter than Rein, Tracer, Brigitte or Torb.
Winston is probably OW’s more intelligent member, and he’s a monkey.

Talon and Overwatch will be in a forever stalemate because neither is supposed to win. The Iris determines all things are to remain in perfect discordant harmony. Humans and omnics. Overwatch and Talon. Light and dark. It’s balance.
