I was placed in the T500 leaderboard for Season 36 in Open Queue but did not receive the T500 icon. Not sure if this is a bug from the transfer of Overwatch 1 to Overwatch 2.
EDIT: Looking more at the historical leaderboards, it looks like the leaderboard cut off at Master’s Rank instead of Diamond Rank. So all diamond players in Open Queue that finished in T500 probably did not receive their T500 rewards.
