Gonna have to wait for next week by the look of things, mate.

And unlike these last two weeks of hopeful guessing, I’m pretty certain the PTR has to get updated next week. It perfectly fits Jeff’s “close to the beginning of June” statement.

It’s been over 2 weeks and I find it very odd that has not been released yet. Maybe there is a game crippling bug involving her rework.

The thing that gets me is that writer Michael Chu said at OWL that Sym rework is going on PTR “very soon”. So I thought it would be coming sooner rather than later.

It’s actually been just under two weeks since Chu’s “very soon” statement (May 19th).

Yeah. I’m honestly upset at myself for buying too much into that statement: I really felt that meant, like, two weeks tops. But here we are, closing that time period out with no new PTR.

I’m trying to keep myself patient but I’m just so ready to see the new stuff.

HAs a sym main myself i would just enjoy her in her current state whilst you can.

I dont think the majority of sym mains will enjoy her change to dps- fact. Lots of new DPS players will pick her up and love her which is great. But the majority i can see switching swiftly to Moira- mark my words

old sym support mains get ready to hand her over to DPS and TANK players

They can only save a few aspects of her old kit

Most Symmetra mains play her as a DPS anyways so I don’t think most of the will mind. But tbh we all have to wait and see I suppose.

I dont know what games they do that in… ive played her a while. Id say they were Normally throwing

I think people forget her beam is a last ditch attempt to save herself when things go bad. Not im going to run in (unless pocketed)
