Aim, to be able to do what tracer can do at 50% acc you need nearly 70% acc,
At close ranges you have to be very careful or rely on your team to protect you.
Turrets have very long cool downs so if you don’t watch it they will all be gone very fast
Teleporter relies on… Everyone knowing where you are, everyone knowing TO USE IT, everyone knowing where it goes, and (as stupid as it is) everyone having their key bound.
It’s literally the most teamwork relied ability.
Symmetra is… A very hard hero to do considerable damage with, a hero that is countered by everything, a hero that can’t stay alive, a hero that requires more communication than anyone else, a hero with long cool downs, a hero that requires more positioning than any other dps hero (other than bastion), and finally a hero that relies on her team being competent enough to bind a single button.
(did I mention that people get very very tilted the second they see her)

That isn’t true at all.
To be able to do what tracer can do, you not only need 100% accuracy you need to pray the enemy misses every shot because unlike tracer you have 0 mobility.

Yeah sym is not a worthwhile hero to spend time learning when it could take Half as long to get the same value by practicing any other hero in the game. Especially when you consider that all the other hero’s have a much higher skill cap than sym so there is no point in learning her

The hardest part about symmetra is two fold:

Not dying while being within 10 feet of everything and everyone.

If choosing not to use your mouse 1, staying interest in the character by throwing out balls at people while all your sentries are on cooldown.

She is nowhere near the hardest.
Tracer at 50% accuracy has a dps of 53.3 damage.
Sym at 0% accuracy has a dps of 150.
At 70% you reach a dps of 256.7 damage.
Against barriers you deal a dps of 276.

I wouldn’t say hardest, but non-rewarding.
Beam?
Zarya’s is better in all respects.
Orbs?
Pharah’s are faster in travel speed and fire rate. Size is no factor when you can spam until you correct your accuracy.
Turrets
They slow…but really, what’s slow and damage when they are so frail? Torbjörn turret can do more and it’s more readily available, durable, better ranged and you can prioritize targets.
Teleporter
The only unique thing to Symmetra.
Ultimate
Orisa. While smaller and not as durable, it’s more readily available.

Fair point, but you’re forgetting how she can 1v1 people pretty easily. Set up a tp on opposite sides and spam teleport as you blast them with orbs
Your funny and so is your profile.
She isn’t the hardest it just takes a lot more effort to get much smaller amounts of value. She just isn’t worth it as a hero
