Reinhardt charged at me, i used Syms teleport as Ana, teleported on point and then got stunned by this Rein, and killed. Can someone of you take a look on that? What was that?

Ping diff. From server side you got teleported, then pined or teleported and pined in same time. The server its not smart as human so he just teleported you back into rein charge
Small chanse its can be fixed and maybe about real delays (not pings) when you tp or something
