I wouldn’t call it a hard counter because in hard countering situation you have no options at best hope an ability is on CD or they have bad aim.
Like DVA vs Ana is a hard counter duel awhen she has DM nothing Ana can do.
Genji can zone Sym but he has to respect where she puts herself on the map.
If she goes into a tight corridor he has to leave her alone.
That’s why I say they have 50 match up in a duel. Her primary and turrets can ignore deflect.
But he can go high ground then just dance around her with his mobility until he feels like. Bursting her with a slash.
Soldier and Hanzo are pure hard counters they can drop her in under a second. They don’t care about her kit as everything they have melts her, the turrets, and the teleporter.
