Zarya goes to 190 DPS after she gets charge, and that immediately begins depleting… her average then would be way lower than Sym, even as a DPS… 90 dps maybe, but 120?
Zarya’s bubble is a fraction of time with a fairly long cooldown… Sym has a regenerating shield mind you, something a lot of folks forget…
• Magazine size increased from 70 to 100
• Charge up / down time reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second
• Fixed a bug where Photon Projector’s beam would get caught on corners / around doorways
Sentry Turrets
• Sentry Turret count increased from 3 to 6
• Sentry Turret HP increased from 30 to 50
• Sentry Turret range increased from 10 m to 12 m (Matches Photon Projector)
• Sentry Turret damage reduced from 50 to 20
• Sentry Turrets prioritize Symmetra’s target if Photon Projector is being used on them or they are attacking her
With these changes Symmetra is promoted to use her entire kit more. I personally really love the idea of this interaction between her sentries and her primary fire where they attack with her exactly like Torb’s turret currently does with him on PTR.
Additionally I really miss having 6 sentries. I’d rather have a mix of some quantity and some quality but not too much of both hence why I say 20 damage so it’s a slight nerf to Sentry’s damage.
Additionally reducing Teleporter’s deployment time from 2 seconds to 1 second would be incredibly nice. That would address just about all her issues.
