Yeah I’m also having this issue. For the life of me I can’t join any chats. It’s not a hardware issue (my mic works) And I’ve check all my settings. They’re all correct. I’ve tried manually going into the social options and clicking specific chats to no avail. It flat out won’t let me join

Checking activity for the account, it looks like the game may be failing to connect to the voice service. I’d normally suggest resetting the router/modem firewall and disabling Quality of Service or Universal Plug and Play if either are turned on. Not all routers will have those services, so if they don’t exist in the settings menu feel free to ignore that bit.

I’m having an issue with my voice chat on Nintendo switch as well. When I first started playing I would join the voice chat, and hear players speaking with no issues. Now there is a mute icon near my name, and although the team chat is highlighted, I never actually get the message that I have entered the team chat like I used to, or like I do when I am playing on my PS4. Do you know what’s causing the issue, or a way to fix it?

same probleme here. To fix it i have to lunch fortnite then i come back on overwatch and the voice chat work again.
