Fix by balancing heroes to the same standard/expectation of team coordination.
I.e. don’t on 1 hand balance most heroes around the notion of “they should be able to get in and out their effective range as well as being able to stay there reasonably long for their job independently” and then on the other hand turb to some heroes, e.g. sym, and be like “must have entire comps and strats built to cater their uptime or get trash amounts otherwise”.
To those that try to justify that with the fallacy of “but it’s a team game”: coordination/team play is still possible and potent even if you have every character balanced to the same standard of independence (see paladins and battlerite).
I don’t play apex but I agree with the notion.
Fix by both fixing double standards/expectations of independence but also by making niche heroes less skewed/narrow with their niches and make them more generalised.
