I miss 6v6, and supports have made this game miserable and I used to main support before you guys started making it easier to play with mobility creep and immortality creep, this isn’t fun at GM.
illari is still op and they messed up by overbuffing 76 but it doesnt surprise me anymore as the balance team is literally brainless

The biggest issue imo is that tanks get wrecked/everything is going towards them and with the amount of survivability and denying effects of supports this makes it so all the hardcounters and every cc/negative effects feel amplified.
Like why are there still tankbusters, and why do they get buffed every single season?
Every single buff from the last few seasons has been to increase survivability and the damage/uptime/cc effects on heroes that are already strong against tanks.
Nearly every single nerf has been to make the game better for none tanks. Like widow headshots, brig shield nerf, torb turret damage and cassidy’s mag nade going to a hinder effect that mostly screw tanks because its impossible to miss those on tanks and most dps can negate the effects of the hinder by already moving away. It basically does nothing against flankers 95% of the time.
They also basically removed the oneshots of hog and sigma and rein pin basically is now primarily used for movement because it gets denied anyways or the target has 250 hp and wont die anyways.
Sym got infinite ammo and shield regen while beaming on shields, mei got ammo regen in iceblock, got a cc added that basically only works on tanks, bastion and torb got buffed with increased damage and uptime of said damage, phara got increased knockback, echo increased survivability with her ult cost reduction.
Supports get increased survivability or healing or denying effects, lifeweaver and moira got buffed with more self sustain/even less weakness and more healing output, kiriko repeatedly gets compensation for nerfs and now deals more consistent damage, zen can basically only discord a tank because the rest are most likely not in range.
What did tanks get? Basically absolutely nothing that helps themselfs. Everything they buff about them is to be able to protect others or to help others make a play/survive. Zarya projected bubbles, dva boosters to better be able to peel, junkerqueen self healing so she doesn’t immediately fall over and you have a throwing tank and because she runs faster then the rest of her team causing them to be out of position to heal her.
Like look at rein for example:
Yeah they “buffed” reins survivability with more shield, great thats completely useless seeing as he cant even get close enough to hammer someone cous of a orisa just standing there. If he gets close he gets booped by illari, zen or lucio, or they get lamped and he gets 1shot through amp matrix. Or someone gets petaled or lifegripped or he just gets shredded by a bastion or sym who both are playing outside of his range and just wait for him to get closer. Yeah you can pin, but most likely it will either get gripped, petaled, suzu’d, lamped or you get antied or slept or discorded.
That or you get 1shot.
Everything is focused on the tank, you play ball, immediate sombra swap, you play winston,immediate reaper or bastion swap, you play orisa or dva or sigma, Immediate sym or mei swap or echo.
But yeah they nerfed armour on tanks or reduced the amount of armour and effectiveness with nano making them able to make a play. Currently you can nano your rein and he will do precisely nothing.
Because he gets cc’d away by a orisa, someone gets gripped or petaled or he has to shield because bastion is shooting him or he gets amp matrixed and oneshot or they suzu your shatter etc.
