Are you a DPS or tank player, and have always had a question for a support main? Well, look no further because that’s basically all I play, and I play all healers almost equally, so ask me anything!

from one support main to another, what’s your favorite support ability?
if you were responsible for a new support hero, how would you style them?

My favorite support ability is either Sleep dart, Bio Grenade for those basketball-level grandma shots, or Guardian angel cause flying to teammates is fun. Although Zen’s Ult makes him a floaty Robo-Jesus, so you can’t really beat that.

And if I could design a new support, it would be some kind of healer with a Pulse Heal. Every few seconds on a cooldown, she gives one giant burst of healing to every teammate around her in a giant radius, and it lingers like Moira’s healing. She would also have a weaker main healing ability that I think would basically be a healing Pharah rocket. That would be fun IMO.

Is Lucios healing any good at all, or should I switch to another healer when using him?
How much does he heal when using amp it up (the hps)?
What would the perfect Symmetra rework be?

Lucio is a fantastic healer when your team is sticking behind an Orisa or a rein shield. Lucio isn’t so good when your team has a lot of dive heroes like Tracer, Genji, Winston, D.va, etc. Basically, he’s amazing when your team is grouped up, bad when he’s not.

As for the Symmetra rework, that’s tough to say. She’s overpowered at lower ranks and useless at higher ones. She would need a kit that makes her a higher skill cap hero in order for her to be evenly balanced in that sense.

in current meta which supp do you suggest using

i just came from going from gold to diamond with lucio before i was basically forced into playing mercy every match and now i’m stuck at low masters and a little lost

Depends on the team comp. divey heroes, run Mercy and zen. Grouped up comp, run Lucio and Moira. Ana is the onyl one that works well on both comps. So when you play healer, wait for your team to pick a few characters before you do.

It’s like 90 percent dependent on the comp your team is running. But I think Mercy still has the best healing, and A great Zen can carry a team. Moira isn’t as overpowered as people say she is, especially after her nerf she’ll be getting where she can’t heal through enemy shields.

Exactly my point. As a support main I think Mercy is still the best one.
Moira is far-faaaaaaar from overpower like people say, specially when her healing have cooldown. I still prefer my Lucio :slight_smile:

I play Moira a decent bit and my win rate with her is something around 60 percent. Conserving her healing is so easy it’s basically unnecessary. And Lucio is fun as hell, I just hate getting booped off the stage,
