I think we need buffs to the heroes you mentioned, plus global nerfs to CC/Damage.
Also, don’t forget Soldier

I dont care if the break somerhing. Id rather them break something then do nothing at all. Balance keeps the game fun
Tuesdays and Thursday are the most likely days, but I’ll still hope it comes in ASAP. I want the new hero now!
