Before Summer Games started I had several characters “maxxed out.” Now, Mercy for example, I have 98/102 on the Hero Gallery but when I click into her, all of the sections are completed. In other words, there are four items I don’t have but they don’t appear anywhere…? My husband has a similar situation with different heroes on his account. If we click “What’s New?” there is nothing for Mercy listed.
