So, as most people know by now, it was announced yesterday that Stadium only gives 10 comp points per win. That’s really low, especially considering how long Stadium matches can run.
A much fairer approach would be to reward 5 comp points per round won. So if a match goes all the way to the 7th round (30+ minutes), the winning team would get 20 points (4 rounds won) and the losing team 15 points (3 rounds won).
The only time a team would get nothing is if they lose 3-0 by mercy rule. In that case, the winning team would get 15 points, and the losing team 0—but that match would end much quicker.
That way, Drive events from regular comp would still be the most time-efficient way to farm points, but at least Stadium wouldn’t feel so under-rewarded for the time investment.
