We really should have these options by now tbh, they would be very useful for making alternate and custom game modes.

i know its possible to set the payload speed somewhere in the workshop commands or the normal custom game settings, ive been into a workshop gamemode that acts like a rollercoaster ride because the cart moves really fastt
It is possible to do this already via Custom Game Settings
Settings > Modes > Hybrid/Escort > 'Payload Speed Modifier'
This said, it would be great to be able to modify with actions to allow dynamic speed adjustments.
Setting payload position was something requested and given a response to by the devs
They said they would look into it but I guess, since it isn’t here, that they weren’t able to do it? (It was quite a while ago)
