Suddenly don’t have access to most heroes

I just logged in today, and I can’t access more than half of the heroes, what gives???

Same problem here. I came looking for answers and to leave record of one more person with this issue.

Having the same issue. I played competitive earlier today and all my characters were unlocked except for Kiriko. Kinda upset🤦🏼‍♀️

Same here.
Is this Blizzard testing the waters on how it would feel for people to pay extra to use characters they already own?

Same here. I finally got in and then after 4 matches with all the heroes unlocked, now they are all locked including my main.

Same issue. Was playing Roadhog yesterday, now my heroes are locked

someone in my last match said its a glitch

Yep, just logged in and all my heroes save the new ones are locked.
