I just went on quick play and 3/5 of my games had a brand new account playing Cas with aimbot not saying anything in chat except “GG!” at the end all the same. I haven’t seen an OW bot in years but seeing 3 in one sitting is very worrying to me.

Maybe. That thought did cross my mind today.
I saw some players earlier that seemed very… bot-ish with new accounts. Generic names too.
So many people keep saying this, but I’ve yet to come across a single bot-like player. I play VS AI a lot so I know what bots look like when they’re playing, yet all I’ve seen are just bad human players.
How come all the cheaters and bots appear in everyone else’s matches but not mine? Am I just really lucky? Or are you guys just calling every bad player a bot?

I’m not saying it’s for sure.
But I did see a few new players acting… idk robotic. A little too consistent of a distance from objectives. Not moving around much.
With “GGs” on not good games.
I have definitely seen bots, it’s mostly torbjorn bots farming xp in dm or something.

Like I’ve been playong for years now.
I rarely seen cheaters or bots but have been noticing them more lately.
Mostly because the cheaters are very obviously bad at hiding it. Then the bots being unresponsive and clueless acting like the PVE AI we’ve already come to knoe except they have the addition of a retreating pathing when shot at.
They pop up a lot in deathmatch at least.
With F2P overwatch the bots are actually better at times lol
McCree and Hog are hard baked meta in DM.
Bots or just sweaty?
Play in the AM hours, and you’ll see Torbs running into walls, shooting into walls, jumping into walls, and pooping turrets randomly. They always have names that sound AI generated.
Eh, that was true a couple of months ago but they both fell off now that their death combos got nerfed. I rarely see Hog anymore and Cree tends to struggle.
Im ending up playing against WALL HACKERS aiming through walls. realy tired of it tonight.
Whose bots are they? Are they like people’s bots they have playing for them? Or are they Blizzard’s bots to fill matches? Because Blizzard’s bots do not behave the way you described.
There are a lot of Torb bots as well.
People run them to level accounts to sell for “fresh-out-of-the-bag ready for comp”.
Cheaters, Smurfs, and people banned buy them to save time. Because in the end Time is Money Friend.
