Sudden horrible FPS drops

Hi! This issue started today where my FPS will constantly drop from 144fps (my max) to 60fps throughout the match. I’ve been playing since launch without this issue on this device so I’m not sure what has suddenly caused it. I’ve tried several things to try and fix this issue:

Scanning & repairing install
Updated graphics drivers
Ran a memory diagnostic check
Adjusted settings in game (lowered shadows and other graphics, set render scale to 101%, set framerate cap to 144) (these were previously set to automatic)
Restarted PC
Reset video driver settings
Optimized power settings for performance
Disabled most start-up programs

When playing, OVW is the only thing I have open.

I’m playing on an ROG Zephyrus 14". Here are my laptop settings:
|Processor|AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz|
|Installed RAM|16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)|
|System type|64-bit operating system, x64-based processor|

Same issues for me and as of very recently. No changes on my end.
