Sudden high MS spike and then DC - I've attached my Tracert files.. please help

Hi guys,

Lately for a month or so i’ve been experiencing random high ms ping and then game just disconnected + my entire network will disconnect as well.

This only happens in overwatch… im based in SG and playing under US server.

Called up my ISP and they highlighted that if my tracert range is beyond no.6 it means its on the overwatch server side, i have to contact support here.
