Ever since a few days after the start of season 4 the game has consistently given me problems which range from high latency issues (despite having ethernet and really good internet speed test results), Massive frame drops immediately (as any game begins to start as well as offline), and Overall frame drops whenever I try to open a different part of the game menus (Least threatening problem). Note: Things only worked up until windows decided to update my PC most recently.
My specs are:
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM|8.00 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics card Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650
List of things I tried to help the game run better performance wise:

Set In-game graphics settings to every level there was.

Set resolution and frame rate to custom in-game.

Reduced excess background programs and animations on windows 11 itself.

Deleted and reinstalled/repaired both Overwatch 2 and battle net

Changed permissions on overwatch and gave it high performance hardware accelerated rights.

Changed every kind of existing settings on nvidia control panel to high performance

Downloaded latest windows 11 updates and game ready drivers.
So far all have made the game last for about 5-10 minutes each time before I was sent into extreme frame drop/freeze fits. I need help figuring out what the issue is and how I can make overwatch 2 playable again. Please and Thank You!!!
