Stuttering gameplay with new PC

So i’ve just moved to a new PC and i’m getting regular frame stuttering ingame now.

I’ve tried various solutions including:

  • getting latest drivers
  • setting “Prefer maximum performance” in Manage 3D settings in Nvidia control panel
  • turning off GPU scheduling (its back on now)
  • disabling Xbox game bar

No luck, still getting second long freezes in game with decent framerate all the rest of the time. Any ideas?

Saw Razer hardware in the DXdiag, some people report problems with Razer Synaps and game performance.

Problem signature:
P1: GameManagerService.exe

That’s the Razer module, and probably the cause of the issue.
