Stuttering and Walking into walls

The game runs very smoothly, even on high graphics, but it stutters every single match. It will be running fine, and then characters start walking into walls, and I get flung around when it goes back to normal. It’s almost unplayable.
This is a completely brand new Windows 11 PC. I don’t understand the issue.

Sounds like packet loss. Include a network test so someone can look at it.

I’m suddenly getting random stutters as well. It wasn’t like this earlier.
