Friend was in a comp game with me and got stuck under the map with no hero select screen in sight after an extremely long loading into the game screen, eventually kicked but now waiting 14 minutes for their suspension to run out even though it is no fault of their own.
I also have a screenshot of this if that helps at all.

This happened to me too and now im suspended. Im actually so furious with blizzard rn
i guess it would be great to have a replay code and to let them know witch map this happened on
