If you press esc while in workshop menu and the game just ended and is transitioning to victory screen, you can get stuck in part of custom game hud and victory screen at the same time without any working buttons meaning you need to alt+f4 and reopen the game.

Same is happening to me - its starting to get really annoying when I lose the changes I’ve made.
