Was opening a loot box and it just failed to load anything but the silver ring at the top. I can’t get back to the home page without restarting overwatch. This has happened twice now.

I just want to add that this happened to me - I have a screenshot as well where only the lootbox lid shows (even just the lid’s shadow shows). I have no idea what was in this lootbox or if it disappeared or if it even opened at all. The only way out of this page was through the top right orange hamburger menu to get to another page and out of there, otherwise you were stuck in the lootbox screen (the bottom right Esc / Back button DID NOT WORK).

I got this same error today and I couldn’t even exit the game without tabbing out. It’s pretty bad

Today I had a quite similar problem, but with workaround. I’ve just earned 5 lootboxes from the second challenge in Overwatch 2. After that, I wanted to open it, but the first one was bugged, because during the “lootboxing” animation I clicked rapidly the “Cancel” match button. Then my screen freezed and blacked (with “working” game: buttons, sounds, etc.). I could only “fix” it by opening again lootboxing page (ESC button before), but in this case my lootboxes counter was 4. So now, I don’t know if I really opened it (this one specific lootbox) or it just disappeared without any items for me. Thanks for any help.
