Game won’t let me pass tutorial and practice range even though I already completed them yesterday and was able to play matches after. Restarting the game doesn’t fix it either

I’m having the exact same problem uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work and from what I can tell their is no fix. But you can still play if you have someone in a group with you but that’s it solo queue is perma gone.

i have the same problem and i just dropped $40 on the waypoint pack im so hurt. lmk if you figure it out

Same issue. Can’t play unless I join someone else’s game.
My theory is that the issue stems from electing to merge your account but not logging out right away.
Unless a friend invites me to play, I’m forever stuck in the practice range

Same issue here, xbox one. Had 4 hours put into quick play, now stuck on “select practice range”. When selected it doesnt auto select soldier like the first time i did it
