I had previously completed the practice range and tutorial, but when i logged in today all normal game modes were locked and the game was telling me i needed to complete the practice range again. However, when i go in, the practice range does not provide any direction on what to do and when i leave the other game modes are still locked.

Same. The issue seems to stem from account merge on Xbox. Merge doesn’t complete until you logout. So if you elected to merge your account and started playing before logging out, it caused issues like this (and previously unlocked hero’s becoming locked again after completing merge). Tis my guess
Anyway to get this fixed? I’m having the same issue and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn’t do anything.

the merge actually unlocked all heroes for me, even though i didnt play overwatch before now

Dude I can’t even get into practice range, I’ve waited 6+ hours combined, with attempts to close the app and open again in between
I’m having the same issues I did the uninstall and reinstall and nothing changed this is so annoying… if anyone knows a work around please let us know
same issue here, i tried everything for the past 8 hours nothing got fixed and im still stuck at the practice range part since i merged accounts. hoping for a fix asap
