After the hero bans are done and it shows the 4 banned heroes, it just gets stuck on “loading” and after like 30 seconds it boots me from the match and I get suspended. It’s not my internet, quick play works perfectly fine and stadium as well. It’s definitely something to do with that hero ban screen. I’m almost at a whole season ban because of this it’s actually ridiculous. I play on xbox btw
Same issue… Have you had any luck? Also, do you think there’s a way to appeal the ban if one is incurred?

stop using 1 network adapter and all 3 of you do what i said in konaj post
maybe that will help you get less of the disconnection issues because i dont get this at all and i did it myself yes i copied this because i think it may help your cases too

I’ve been dealing with the same issue. I was actually banned for the rest of the competitive season because of it. I contacted support and let them know about this situation. They apparently can’t revert actions against your account, which I find pretty dumb if you ask me mostly because you’re unfairly penalized for something that is completely out of your control
I’m having the same issue too. Today I got banned twice, and the last one was a 7-hour ban from competitive mode. This also happened to me back in Season 14, and it really ruins the whole gameplay experience for me.
I’m not sure if it fixed itself or what I’m doing fixed it, but I had that problem and I just made sure to never continue playing on quick resume.
Just got banned for the entire season. I haven’t been able to figure out what the problem is. I made sure to not have “quick resume” on and at this point am going to try to uninstall & reinstall. Xbox Series X.
