Stuck in the Incorrect Servers

Playing from US East, but I’m being put in SAE (South American) servers with 200+ ping, as opposed to the usual North American servers with 40 ping.

I’ve tried restarting my PC, restarting OW, restarting Battle .net, logging out of Battle .net and then logging back in, waiting a few minutes on the title screen, closing everything that connects to the internet besides OW, and switching server regions.

It’s getting quite annoying, and I really just want to play some Overwatch. But it’s unplayable at 200+ ping. :\

Not using a VPN or anything else that might affect my IP. Any ideas?

Whenever you’re connecting to the wrong server, please include a WinMTR with your post so the staff can see where the misdirection is happening on your way to their servers.
