Stuck in loading screen

Hello Blizzard,

Today, i get stuck in competitive loading screen.
The chat was working, my ennemies and teammates sent me here.
And i was ban for inactivity and lost 50 SR.
Damn…i was close to the next rank… :confused:
Since this bug, im afraid to play competitively

I had this problem twice today. Never had this problem before, it seemed to happen when I was in another windows tab as it found a game. Very, very frustrating to lose 100 sr like this.

Same to me. I lost 100SR today because of this. Same issue. I’m pretty sure blizzard won’t give the SR back and also I’m about to start loosing SR because of the stupid decay I can’t EVEN play because I would lose more SR because of this bug

Yeap , happened to me as well , never had it before.
I was in qeue with 4 friends and i decided to kill the app since it wouldnt load and relaunch OW , well it insta-called that i left and started the exit countdown (my friends who were still in the game told me so).
NEVER EVEN GIVING ME A CHANCE TO REJOIN.

Losing rating like that (especially when in the placement matches) because of some bug that has been around since 2016 and still hasn’t been fixed is infuriating , also makes you afraid to join another game bacause it might happen again…
I would open a ticket to get my stats back BUT they didnt even refund us when they had that huge 24 h problem with their EU servers back in January iirc that destroyed anyone who was on those servers , all we can do is suck it up and say thank you …

Hi, I got the same issue twice on the Europe server,
-Once in ranked, I’ve been given a penalty that I don’t actually deserve.
-And once in normal mode
In the two cases I was stuck on the loading screen, and for the ranked game I’ve been ejected. Finally, I don’t think my hardware is concerned, it’s quite recent and the game runs on a SSD. Thank you for investigating.

same on Xbox one… it happened not only in competitive but also arcade. I’ve been posting and trying to contact like a mad woman because this is literally the only game I really play. last penalty ban I had was 2 hrs long and I’m afraid to play comp again

Exactly same situation.
Playing comp with my friend in voice chat, being kicked twice and then penalized.

PC-EU server.
