So here’s what’s happening:
-Log into OW2
-Asked to scan QR code / open browser
-Do that, get code, enter it
-Click through the next pop up
-Stuck on “Connecting” screen indefinitely
-Close game, battle.net, retry
-Asks me for 2FA again.
-Cycle repeats.
I have checked and I’m not on a VPN, I am streaming video so it’s not connection related. Not sure what to do.
Try changing your password to see if it refreshes the account.
Unfortunately, I don’t know any other tips/tricks to assist with this since I’m a fellow player and don’t work at Blizzard. Anther person is reporting this in the forum and we troubleshooted their machine first since there were no other reports at that time.
