As the title says on ps5 the queue has been stuck at 1999 for over an hour.
Typing this out to see if anyone has a fix or has the same problem.
I have closed the game and turned off the ps5.

Same exact problem on the PS5 I’m so annoyed it’s been stuck for three hours and I’ve been resetting it every hour I’m so done.

Same here. Stuck in queue at 2000 for PC. And if needed, client set to Region: Americas

Same here. Been over an hour on PC. Restarted game and battlenet and checked for updates. Nothing.

Same here. Americas, and PC. Queue went normally twice earlier today and eventually got in with no problems. Now tonight it’s stuck at 2000 and isn’t moving at all no matter how long I leave it sit.

If I were you guys I would make your own post about it so hopefully blizzard can see it. Trying to get the word out there. I haven’t seen anything about it so I doubt they even know what’s going on.

im having the same issue and it all began after it kept asking for my phone number, which happens to be the same one for my pc battle.net account… so i decided to log into my pc account and link my ps5 and xbox live accounts. however when i logged back into my ps5 it will throw me into the 1999 players ahead of you and the number never goes down instead eventually it gives me a message that says ive been disconnected from the servers and throws me back into the queue… 2days of frustration is all of gained.
