Stuck Endorsement Level bug

"Good day! For the last days, i’ve been wondering if my account on Overwatch 2 has the endorsement level shadow locked or something like this.

For almost the entirety of my time on OW2, i have the endorsement level 3 and i’m apparently stuck on it, although i’m a pretty friendly teamate, a good player and always receive endorsements from my teamates.

I don’t know if my account is shadow locked on endorsement level 3 or if that’s just some kind of bug, because i know people that are very toxic and somehow are endorsement level 4, which makes no sense at all to me.

I really hope something can be done about this, because as a very frequent, friendly and good player of OW2, i would like to have my endorsement level up to my own deserved level."

Above this, is listed the text i sent to the battle.net support team about said problem. I got a reply from them saying that they didn’t found any endorsement level restrictions on my account and that they don’t know why my endorsement level is stuck on 3, so, they told me to open a bug report here.

For record purposes, i get 1-3 endorsements almost ALL matches i play, i’m a friendly person in game and never got disconnection issues, and i still, can’t get a level above 3.

I just wanted to say that I have this same issue. It even tells me occasionally endorsement level up and it never goes past 3.

I’ve been stuck on endorsement level 4 for ages, the screen pops up saying ive got level 4 endorsment but they never give me the credits. The endorsement pop screen has appeared about 4 times now and still nothing this has been happening for the last 2 seasons.

Any updates??? I’m honestly glad I now see others having this problem! I’ve seen the congratulations to level 4 endorsement at least 15 times in a row in the past months, and seeing my new friends being introduced to overwatch getting a higher endorsement level than me as im teaching them the game??? Utterly ridiculous, and its getting to the point where blizzard is going to go in the recycle bin on my computer.

Same i average endorsement 4 but havent played qp or comp enough so now im back to 1 i get endorsement recived but i dont level up before I would instantly become level 2 after like 4 endorsement now im around 6 or even 7 just today no level up
