I have tried restarting my PC, and deleting the Blizzard entertainment Folder in the help section but neither has help and still stuck at initializing. Any other ideas on how to begin the download? I have had this going on for about an hour now.

Delete the Battle.net Cache files if you have not done so already:
Followed MANY Steps and 2 tickets later, Still stuck and not updating…

I’ll revive this thread since the problem still isn’t fixed by Blizzard. I tried literally everything and nothing worked. After a few hours of waiting, I decided to change the server from Asia to Europe, and it miraculously downloaded all 130 mb in 10 seconds.
Posting this for anyone who might be having troubles with the recent update.
P.S. fix your launcher, Blizzard.
