It seems like 90% of games the enemy team is running Dive, Snipers, or Flanks (Sombra + Tracer). So I have to counter pick as Brigitte and hold right click all game just to stay alive longer than 5 seconds. Especially if we don’t have a Tank willing to shield. Which is most of the time because everyone is running D.Va now. Now I don’t mind playing Brig, but having her be a must-pick every single game is getting old.

I am just as unhappy about it as you. Only because I feel Brigitte is useless and support is almost always picking her in my lobbies. Only on my team, of course.
What frustrates me is that there’s not a lot of high ground to feel safe on and out of danger since there’s a lot of high ground area that are accessible to most heroes. Even then it kinda sucks going Brig if you’re going to hyper focused.

Last game I had more MIT as Brig than our Tank who went Orisa vs Doom, Hanzo, S76, Ana, LW. If I try to play any Support other than Brig, I instantly die from a Dive Tank + Sojourn / Widow / Hanzo / Ana / S76 / Ashe / Kiriko. Baptiste can avoid getting one tapped, but he’s weak to dive. Moira can handle dive, but gets one tapped. For Tanks, only Winston / D.Va / Rein seem somewhat viable right now, and if there’s also a flanker in the back line, then it’s only D.Va or Winston.
You’re speaking like Brigitte is an unfun hero to play, perhaps Blizzard should work more on that?

i wish they didnt ruin brig. she used to be fun. now you just spam repair packs and die because shes giant and has only a paper bag for defense

Yeah literally just sit in the back line holding up shield then press E every 5 seconds.
