Stuck A Pulse Bomb

On the Opposing Cassidy during his “High Noon” and it didn’t kill him. Why is this a thing? Tracer’s Ult is literally garbage.

He is one of many heroes who can live to a pulse. Gotta get him to use roll first.

That’s the power of Fortifying effects. Percentage damage reduction is pretty huge in Overwatch and one of the reasons why they don’t usually put it on anyone but Tanks.

I mean, knowing when to use an ult is important. Your complaint is like tossing a Dva bomb in front of a Rein barrier and complaining it got no kills.

Congrats on landing a stick on a nearly stationary target, though?

Cassidy’s ult gives him dmg resistance. Outside of the ult, he would have vaporised. Unless he rolls in time, his roll also has dmg resistance.

You have no idea how fast you can charge Tracer’s ult, in one match you can stick more than 6 pulse bombs on QP. You can get a lot of kills, especially on the enemy team’s supports.

It’s not like High Noon is a stellar ult itself. Nor is it like Tracer needs any sort of help. She’s always had a middling but relatively fast charging-ult because her base kit is so good.

Is this the first time you play OW2 or what? Cassidy can tank a pluse with high noon ever since OW2 gave high noon damage reduction. Actually maybe not guaranteed now if you stick the bomb at the later stage of high noon, since the damage reduction on high noon decays now.

Usually I try to bait out roll on and McCree before using pulse on him. Or to force High noon/roll if it’s being used as a zoning technique or Suzu I’ll expend my Pulse. Usually you can farm back quick enough anyway.

I usually see pro players kill them successfully if stuck. They usually unload the clip after sticking to make sure they don’t survive
