Mind explaining, or…?
Scatter Arrow:
Kills 3 in a tight corridor.
“I meant to do that lol.”
Storm Arrow:
Sees 3 people in the distance.
Kills 3 people.
Scatter is just “whoops lol”
Storm is “F you over there lol”

Scatter was more balanced than storm.
Just less fun to get hit with. Especially for orisa.
I’m still think they should remove headshot from storm arrow and have them to bounce off walls again

Asa Tank main, Storm Arrows is pretty BS.
Scatter seems even more BS because at least the Storm Arrow Hanzo has to make eye contact.
Why can Hanzo do as much damage as a sniper? Why do snipers exist? Maybe they should only be able to headshot when fully charged, or no headshots at all.
Bouncing Storm Arrow sounds like hell.

I know I’m in the minority here, but it felt more fair to me to die to a well-placed Scatter Arrow than it does to Storm Arrows. People seemed to think every shot at the floor with Scatter was a guaranteed elimination but it was honestly a fairly tight window that was a skill shot in its own regard. Storm Arrows are so much more forgiving that you’re basically guaranteed value out of it.

Scatter had max potential damage of 450 if all arrows hit.
Storm arrow has max potential damage of 700 if all arrows hit & crit.
People complained about Scatter because it had the potential to 1 shot. But it was highly inconsistent and only happened once or twice a game. Storm arrow is the far superior ability as the consistency is increased while still maintaining big firepower.

Both are BS and are given to the most BS of “heroes”: Hanzo.
Maybe he should get a single, triple shot that shoots all 3 at a spread out angle?
So, give him Genji’s secondary fire? Another boring copied ability. 
Scatter could oneshot people and storm arrow does not, its just regular hanzo arrow bit weaker but no need to charge, kinda useless.
Storm arrow can do this eh?

Watch this video and say that sentence again.
Strom arrow is also stupid. Sure, it’s a weaker arrow than normal, but you get I think 7 of them with no cooldown. You can shoot all 7 in the time it takes to load your second arrow.
With scatter you have to land only 1 shot. Considering people are still complaining about 1hkos nowadays, it is not going to be better.
It’d be really cool if they gave him custom arrows. He would be able to pick and choose from them, like explosive arrows, flame arrows, frozen arrows, etc.

Could you explain? I’m not sure what that is actually 
Hawkeye is a super hero, without super powers, he’s just really good with a bow and has special arrows for every scenario.
Hanzo doesn’t care, Hanzo kills you with spam.
I have a Tank Sniper character concept if you’re interested tho.

With the size of hitboxes - especially tank hit boxes, I feel that the argument that Hanzo has to aim with storm arrow to be false.
